Returns and exchanges
Unworn pieces can be returned within 10 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@sanctajewelry.com with your order number and the piece you want to return. We reply with a return address and instructions, usually the same day.
What qualifies
Unworn pieces, within 10 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a piece that has been worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Something arrived wrong or broken
Send a photo with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. You do not need to ship a damaged piece back first.
