Shipping policy
Every piece is packed by hand in Wesley Chapel, Florida and handed to the carrier the same business day when your order is placed before 2pm ET.
Rates
Flat $5.95 tracked shipping within the United States.
Free tracked shipping on orders over $35.
Handling time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.
Transit time
Most United States addresses receive their order in 2 to 5 business days after it leaves us. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you trace a package.
Tracking
A tracking number is added to your order as soon as the label is created. If your tracking has not moved in three business days, email us at hello@sanctajewelry.com and we will chase it with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we will replace the piece or refund you.
